Hi Sam This issue is being reviewed again by SKB QA team So SKB is asking the manufacturer to register this issue on Google issue tracker. If you try to Google login with the ID(serviceqm2024@gmail.com), you can see the "Verify it's you" and can test it In this state(screen_2024-06-26_16_30_24.png), it is not possible to select using the Keyboard or RCU. If you connect the mouse and test it, it can work. It is necessary to control it with RCU at STB. therefore, it is no longer possible to control it in that state.
